After printing out this lovely sheet, I set about mounting the decourpage elements with foam tape. I then adhered the base topper onto a matching blue textured cardstock and made the card base.

I then inked the edges in "Rusty Bucket" and added some tangerine Liquid Pearl dots to the flower centres and hot pink Liquid Pearl dots to the patch on her jeans.
