Merry Christmas
A DL card with as much added decoupage as you wish to use. Use a cfaft knife to make a little slit at the top of of the red ribbon on the base card and then if you decoupage slide the grey tags under and trim to fit.

Printed on matte inkjet photo paper. I used d s tape to afixx the base element to my card. For the decoupage I used silicone glue. I added glitter, peel off border and stars to finish
