Bewitched 2, Straight BloxCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed two sheets and cut out the base and bear from the first sheet. I then took layers off the other sheet to make my own decoupage.

I stuck the base onto an A5 pearl card blank and added the decoupage with 2mm foam pads, except for the nose which I used 1mm pads form.

I added the greeting plaque with tape.
