I printed out sheet onto matt photo paper, attached base sheet to starry mirri card, then onto card with DST.

I cut out all the blocks and added them with foam pads.

I attached coordinating gems onto corners of silver card and below image, silver peel-offs down sides of card, and highlighted wings and bubbles with glaze.

A lovely card.
