The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used an A6 pink glitter border card blank as my base.I mounted the topper onto a piece of embossed pink pearlesent card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used the greeting supplied mounted onto the same pink card to finish.
