I printed onto good quality matt paper cut out and assembled using foam pads, using a white card base matted with some paper i placed it in the centre using double sided tape, i then added 4 faux brads and a silver peel off happy birthday border all round and added a small amount of stickles glitter to the flower centres.

Very easy to follow instructions and very pleasing result another great buy.
