I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper and cut out the elements leaving a narrow white border around the base image.
I covered a 5x7 card with cup266162_1435 Sumptuous Satins Turquoise and mounted the base image towards the top of the card.
Added the layers using sticky pads and finished with a caption from my stash
