I printed the sheet on white cardstock, and I numbered each piece on the back of the page so I could follow the diagram after cutting the pieces out.

I cut out all of the pieces and, following the instuctional diagram, I used foam sqaures to adhere all of the pieces together.

I sprayed a little Frost Spritz over the design, and attached it to a small piece of navy blue cardstock, leaving a small border of navy around the design.

I decided to use gold cardstock for my card, and I used double-sided tape to attach the design topper.

I put a strip of blue ribbon across the bottom of the card, and added a few blue rhinestones along the strip to add some sparkle.

I made a bow out of the same ribbon and attached it to the ribbon strip to complete the card.
