I printed this design onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces. Then put them together using 3d foam pads. I layered this onto gold pearlescent paper and then onto a black leather look paper using double sided tape. And then onto a red card.

I added corner, border and greeting peeloffs in gold.
