Champagne Celebrations

The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I used a dark blue card as my base. I created a panel using a piece of gold pearlesent card, champagne bottle backing paper and blue organza ribbon and attached to the centre of the card.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of antique gold card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used one of the greetings mounted onto the same gold card, peeloff corners and sprayed the fizz on the card with glitter spray to decorate.
