This design is from my original wavy and swirvey side stacker that I created a while ago that has been popular as it is a great look for your cards, however this is for the top and bottom of the card.
Simply cut out your layers and using 3D foam or silicone glue build the image up.

I matted the main image onto gold mirri, having used a fancy punch down one side of the mirri, then attached it to a white scalloped card.
Then I built up the layers with foam pads and added blue gems in the scallops and a gold sentiment.
