This design is from my original wavy and swirvey side stacker that I created a while ago that has been popular as it is a great look for your cards, however this is for the top and bottom of the card.
Simply cut out your layers and using 3D foam or silicone glue build the image up.

Printed onto lightweight card then cut out.Mounted base image onto gold mirror card then onto deep blue card using DST.
Assembled stackers using 2mm foam tape. Added gold pearls around frame & at bottom of card with a gold peel off greeting.
