The sheet has been printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a matt black card as my base. I used a large piece of pink mirri card which I punched with a doily lace punch.

I tied a black satin ribbon around the bottom and attached the whole thing to my card. I mounted the base layer onto the pink mirri card and layered up the rest of the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
