I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and assembled the stacks. I mounted it onto a paper doiley, then a piece of textured blue cardstock and then onto a square white card base.
I used the 'waste' from mosaic peel-off stickers to form the border and other stickers for the corners. Finally I added faux gems here and there around the image. This design is easy to put together and great for the fantasy lovers.
