I printed out this lovely flamboyant sheet and cut out the elements before adhering them onto the base topper with foam tape.

I then mounted the base topper onto a matching Stampin' Up yellow cardstock with DST.

Inside I used the little gift tag as the greeting in the centre and mounted it using foam tape for added dimension.

It could be jazzed up a little with some Stampin' Up Candy dots in a matching colour for added texture and dimension.

I also made another card but used the Royal Blue as the card base and it looked awesome too.
