Printed on Glossy photo paper and matted onto a piece of dark red wallpaper. I matted that to pink cardstock and backed to another piece of red wallpaper that I punched with Martha Stewart’s around the page “Scroll Lace” punches. I put this all on a piece of cream & silver wallpaper.
I raised the scalloped sides with foam strips. Beautiful birthday card and easy to make.
