I printed the sheet onto card abd cut out all the elements. I glued the base section onto my pearlescent blue card base and added the decoupage corners using foam pads. I attached the bookmark to the card with a gold brad after attaching a cream tassel.

I applied the sentiment with foam pads and used 3d gloss on the bow. A quick and effective card.
