Copied to glossy photo card and hand cut all the elements. Layered the scalloped corners using sticky pads. Have made this up as a stepper card using embellishments from my kit and a Best Wishes die cut.

Have also used some liquid pearls over the swirl that is on the design. This is a delightful spring image, a card to enhance any ones birthday.
