Xmas Oops Penguin Snowball Scallop Corner TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I started with a 6x6 card blank and covered with with blue holo card. I added a red feather and matted the base image onto the card.

I added the 4 layers with foam pads and used Ice-stickles on the falling snow, Red Stickles on the hat, Patina Stickles on the scarf, Tropical Tangerine on the Penguins feet & beak and Frosted Lace Stickles on the pompom & band.
