I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a yellow polka dot mat and then a pale green card. I used a green ribbon on the bottom and for the bow.

I added a pewter heart to the bow and a pewter saying...happiness is...on the bottom. I used silver peel offs around the yellow mat.
