I love the look of the watercolor design!
I printed the file on card stock and cut out the elements. I created the 3D look using foam pieces.
I used my glitter gel pen to add a little sparkle on the stars as well as the buckle of the hat.
The picture does not do this card justice. The colors are quite spectacular.
Not wanted to distract from the beautiful graphic (superb water color effect), I used the sentiment tile on the envelope and inside the card.
BOO-TIFUL!
