cup59953_647 - I printed the images onto decoupage paper, cut them out & stuck the base image onto blue card using double sided tape.

I stacked the other elements on top of the base image using 5mm foam pads.

I used the 'Happy Birthday' tag from the sheet & foam padded it above the picture. I finished off by adding wavy peel-offs around the edges of the card, 2 chain peel-offs down each side, 2 shells & a starfish peel-off to decorate.

This is a very easy & quick card to make.
