I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper, then cut out all the elements. I made a 5.25" silver pearl card and stuck the base image on it with DST. Next I decoupaged the fans with glue gel following the guide shown.
Put gold peel offs on the two sides and bottom of the finished image, and added gem dots. Used blue/gold peel off bows on the corners and put sentiment in the middle. Finished of with same dots to decorate.
