Before printing off I imported image into graphics program and cropped and resized the base layer picture and made into a tiled background with matching coloured oval with birthday verse.
Printed off both sheets and cut out. Decoupaged rose bouquet and applyed border peel offs to base and top layers.
Applyed background with verse to card and finished off with wavy border peel off.
