I printed onto super smooth card and cut out the elements. I built up the stacker with foam pads. I stuck the topper onto a dark red card blank and trimmed around the scalloped top.

I added a gold peel off around the top edge and 2 strips of gold peel off to the bottom edge.

I finished with a pink gem on the shoe and a row of pink gems along the bottom.
