I have designed this sheet as a scalloped edge side stacker with a difference, it is for the top and bottom of the design, it is sized at 5inch square and has a base image and layers to use on top, use your 3D foam or silicone glue to build up the design on your card.

I stuck the main picture to white card using double sided sticky tape, then added the layers with double sided foam tape/pads.
Finished off with borders and stickles glitter glue.
