I have designed this sheet as a scalloped side by side stacker, it is sized at 5inch square and has a base image and layers to use on top, use your 3D foam or silicone glue to build up the design for your card.

Printed onto matte photo paper, then cut out all the stacker pieces and assembled using 2mm foam dots. I then matted the assembled design onto a piece of mottled dusty pink card with double-sided tape, and attached the whole design to a plain white 6"x6" card.
Finished off with a plain gold border sticker around the edges of the pink backing card and added a gold Happy Birthday greeting across the top.
A very elegant card that any lady would appreciate.
