This is a lovely card for either a wedding or anniversary. I printed on cardstock and cutout all pieces. I glued each layer directly onto each other to reduce bulk. But it would be great using silicone glue or foam dots.
I then attached the finished topper using double sided tape onto a complimentary colored card blank.
