I printed sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces. Made a 5.25" green pearl square card and stuck the base image on with DST. Decoupaged the remaining fans, as shown, with glue gel.

Edged the 2 sides and bottom of the image with gold line peel offs and decorated with gem dots. The two corners I used gold holly peel offs with a red gem dot. Used red/gold peel off sentiment and added a couple of stars and dots to finish off.
