Folded lemon A4 card to A5 to match part of the topper. Placed the topper on the base card of red and edged with a Martha Stewart punch of Arch Lattice. Attached the base card with DST then assembled the side stacker using silicone glue.
Two lines of gold peel-offs finished the card together with a gold peel-off sentiment of Happy Birthday.
