I printed out this image onto gloss photo paper,cut it out, made up the stacker image, I cut out the fan shape using red card, then mounted the fan onto the red card, then mounted this onto black ribbed card, added gems onto the handle, placed red ribbon and added a marcasite buckle, added red corners and wording peel offs.
