These 3D fan stackers are in a hand fan design, based on the oriental hourglass fan, with my own twist.
These are very easy to cut and very effective for your cards or projects.
Simply cut out and using your foam or silicone glue, layer the numbered stacker layers on top of each other and
finish the design at the top of the handle with the bow.

The fan was decoupaged and mounted onto a lilac A5 card, the bow was added to the handle, a wide silver border peel off was added to the edge of the card and a text.
