I printed the design slightly reduced onto white card and cut out all the elements. I then assembled the topper using foam pads. After creating a DL sized card base with white card I attached the topper using ds tape.
I then attached some black organze ribbon & finished the card off with some different coloured gems that I attached with PVA glue.
This is a great card and can be used for both male & female birthdays.
