I printed the design onto white card slightly reducing the size & cut out all the elements. I then assembled the topper using foam pads. I then created a white DL sized card & attached the topper using ds tape.
I then attached a length of ribbon again with ds tape & finished off by using liquid pearls down the centre of the ribbon to create some depth.
This is a lovely card that is quite quick to make.
