I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and assembled it. I matted it onto silver paper and then layered it onto a silver metallic doiley and silver base card. I used peel-off silver stickers in the corners and epoxy silver stars here and there.

To complete the card I added a label with rub-on letters 'Party'. This design could be used for a number of different celebrations and it's very easy to put together.
