The sheet ws printed onto glossy photo paper and all the elements cut out. The base photo image was matted onto a piece of holographic patterned mirror board and this was stuck to the front of an A5 (A4 folded in half) tent fold blue hammered finish card.

Each of the layers were attached in order using 1mm deep double sided foam tape. The card was finished with a silver ribbon put around the top, some half a centimeter down from the folded edge which was tied in a knot towards the right hand side.
