Frozen StreamCompleted by Katie Silver

I covered a n A5 white card with med. blue paper leaving a border of white showing all round. I made up the side stacker and mounted it on the card towards the top left.

I added some clear glittery borders down the right side and across the bottom and finished with a few matching dots.
