Printed onto 190gsm matte photo card. Mounted onto a pale blue foiled backing sheet using DST. Trimmed to fit a white scalloped card blank & attached with DST. Added decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
Used the offcuts from the foiled backing sheet to make a bow which I attached using silicone glue.
