I assembled the layers using 2mm foam dots, then onto a very pale lavender coloured 6"x4" card, using double sided tape, I added a piece of blue card covering about 3/4 of the base card, then onto the blue card, I added a piece of white card that covers about half the base card.

I then mounted the assembled design, added the greeting using 2mm foam dots and finished off by edging the blue and white strips with silver border stickers.
