I think the name of this card could be Madame Butterfly. It was printed onto matte paper, cut out and layered with foam strips to form the pyramage.
I cut out the holes in the red lace and embossed the butterflies with silver glitter and then placed them on the card with just their bodies landing on the paper.
This is an interesting vintage card with nice contrasting colors.
