Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 6 x 6 scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I placed the "With Love" sentiment on the bottom.

To finish I added four red crystal gems to the corners. As you can see from the photograph there is a matching Pillow Gift Box which is also for sale. See cup482382_5 for details.
