I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I stuck the topper to a DL card with tape and added the decoupage layers with silicone glue. I added the greeting and red border peeloffs to finish it off. I will glitter it brfore ending it out.
This is a delightful card to send to any age group.
