I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I stuck the card topper to a DL card with tape then used silicone glue to add the decoupage layers.
I added the greeting and red border peeloffs to finish it off.
I will add glitter yo it before sending it out. This sheet is a must have for anyone who loves Meerkats.
