I printed the design on good quality photo paper and attached the base to a red card stock and then to a gold shimmer card.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue, added some crystal glitter(sparingly) to some of the elements and gold glitter to the gold elements.
Great design, it's made a lovely Christmas card.
