Christmas Wreath - Fan Shaped Corner Stacker with DecoupageCompleted by Chris Smart

Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all of the layers. Followed the clear instructions to build up the fan decoupage, using 2mm foam pads. I mounted it onto a square recycled card. This design is gorgeous and very easy to cut out and make up.
