Printed out onto white card and cut out all the pieces. Using cup347613_819 Ice Blue backing paper, I placed this onto the 7x5 card leaving a small border. I then added the topper using d/s tape and then foam pads.

Using cup30984_359 digi stamp, I placed the sentiment onto the bottom of the card also using foam pads.
