Printed onto card,cut out all elements,built the layers of decoupage as per the easy instructions,took a textured cream blank card,matted with backing paper,added decoupage,took some corded ribbon added a peel off buckle,( hopefully this represents a dog collar?) finished with a suitable greeting.A must for all the male dogs lovers.
