I printed this sheet onto matte paper and cut out all of the pieces. I then used a glue stick to apply a sheet of script backing paper to the front of my card and used the glue stick to apply the base image to that.

I used silicone glue to apply the stackers to the card and also used silicone glue to attach the greeting.
