I reduced down to A5 size and printed onto glossy photo paper. I cut out all the decoupage, and made up using sticky foam pads. I used a pearlescent gold card and mounted the topper onto card to match the colour of the sunflower.
I added the same colour ribbon and added a Happy Birthday, sticky pearls and matching candi.
