I printed the sheet out onto glossy photo paper, and cut out the layers using a craft knife. I put the decoupage together using 2mm foam strips. I added 2 paper flowers that fitted in with the colours used in the design to finish it off.
This is a beautiful card and could be used for several occasions. Lovely.
